2004R Billet Aluminum Apply Rings

The contact area on the factory Forward and Direct pistons is lower than center. This causes uneven apply of the clutch pack that results in coning of the clutch pack, premature wear and loss of apply area. The Aluminum apply Rings has an apply area of .450 and utilizes full contact. This spreads the apply over the entire surface of the steels and backing plate. Prevents coning of the clutch pack and extends clutch life and HP capacity. A must for dual feeding and Hi HP applications.
